Red white flag rises on half

Innalillahi wa inna ilaihi rojiun, a do'a (moslem special prayed to express deep sorrow), to Mr. Abdurahman Wahid (Gus Dur), former 4th president of Indonesia. He was passed away at 18.45 wib (6.45 pm), 30 December 2009, on Cipto Mangunkusumo hospital, Jakarta, Indonesia. 

I was stunned when i was watching on tvone channel breaking news on 20.01 wib (8.01 pm) last night. It is a great lost of Indonesia. A cheerful president who has made indonesian smiled for his funny statement, "Indonesian parliament looks like children playground". Uniquely, he never attending any parliament moment.

Mr. BJ. Habibie (former 3rd president of Indonesia) and his wife, Mrs. Ainun; Mrs. Megawati Soekarnoputri (former 5th president of Indonesia and a daughter of Mr. Soekarno, 1st president of Indonesia who has passed away) and her husband, Taufik Kiemas (Chief of indonesian parliament) and Mr. Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (President of Indonesia) and his wife, Mrs. Annie have been attending at Gus Dur's house, Ciganjur, South Jakarta, to honor their fellow president.

Mr. Cameron Hume, US ambassador and other neighboring country representatives were attending last night.

Indonesian was gathering wherever Gus Dur body was lied down. At Cipto Mangunkusumo hospital, Ciganjur, Halim Perdanakusuma Airport Jakarta, Juanda Airport Surabaya and Jombang (Gus Dur childhood home). Almost all over Indonesia, their were gathering to pray for Gus Dur.

Indonesian rises their national flag, red-white flag on half for a week to honor their former 4th president of Indonesia.

Gus Dur will be placed on left side of his father cemetery at Pondok Pesantren Modern  Tebuireng  (Modern moslem boarding school Tebuireng) at Jombang, East Java.

Mrs. Prita Mulyasari gets her freedom back

Congratulations for Ms. Prita Mulyasari for your own freedom and your third pregnancies. Based on Tangerang first degree court which has verdict, not guilty to Mrs. Prita and court has been paid all court trial fees.

Mrs. Prita has been accused based on her complain email to her friends. She complains on customer service and hospital service, mentioned specific name of two doctors of Omni International hospital on Serpong, Tangerang, Indonesia. Local prosecutors have represented Omni international hospital and Mrs. Prita has spent her time behind bars for two weeks. Mrs. Prita has been released and became citizen prisoner as long as law suit against her was on trial.

Uniquely, Omni international hospital has served local prosecutor and their families health care. And local prosecutor has launched financial law suit on Mrs. Prita as much as 204 millions rupiah or 20,400 USD (1 US Dollar = 10,000 rupiah) as financial lost on two doctors. Indonesian thought Mrs. Prita versus Omni internartional hospital looks like David versus Goliath in real live drama. 

First five indonesian has coordinated coin gathering to help Mrs. Prita financial law suit. TVOne (indonesia tv channel) and PT. Pos Indonesia (Indonesia Post Office) were helping nationally. From children to grandpa/grandma, from scavengers to high rank government and military officer, from all over indonesia and foreigners who lives in Indonesia have gathered their coins and send it directly to Mrs. Prita's  house or Jalan Langsat 1, South Jakarta as Prita's coin center.

Amazingly, Indonesian has gathered 560 millions or 56,000 US Dollar (1 US Dollar = 10,000 rupiah), all in coins. Bank Mandiri (Prita's coin bank account) has to call Bank Indonesia (Indonesia central bank) to count all coins. It takes a special guarded truck to transfer 176  ex rice sacks 25 kg consist all coins to bank Indonesia, 6 coin counter machine and more than 20 bank indonesia staff to assist machine, working hard night and day.

Fortunately, Omni International hospital through their lawyer has pulled out financial law suit before another law suit was verdict by first degree court.

It is important to forgive each other and people of indonesia do care to each other and their dofollow news.

Happy birthday Bunda Tina!

I am sorry for not having a special gift like a flower or something. I hope this post will do. I should be posting this on 27 December 2009, i hope it is nor too late to post it on 28 December 2009 through warung internet in Indonesia or internet café in US, because I do not have a PC or notebook.

I am lucky, Mr. Zulheri, my friend have lend me a notebook Lenovo Pentium dual core while he was gone to Jonggol, west Java for several hours. So, I had a chance to made this post as I wished on my prayed.
Honestly, I am speechless and have many thoughts in my mind, but hard to say in words.

Bunda Tina, I know you are the best Bunda (or Mother in English) in the world, your patience is two thumbs. I have never seen a mother with a great patience to take care of me as your own son from beginning.

I wish I could give you something next year, I am not sure what it is, but it will be a surprise.
